Why can't I get the knobs or pads to respond to Control Link on ATOM SQ using MODO Drum? It works on Impact, but everytime I try to assign ANY parameter, ANY control on MODO I get NOTHING! I've watched that video using Serum, and he makes it look so EZ....WHEN IT WORKS, BUT IT NEVER WORKS!! 1/2 the time the little triangle never shows up. The knob on the Ext Device s'ware responds, but it never lets me click on a parameter to assign it to. I've already put in a ticket to support and they just referred me back to the Serum video. They don't even know how to support their own equip. How am I supposed to know? Osmosis? I've also looked at the video using Prism and I have the same problem.
