Just a quick acknowledgement to Fender (Presonus) technical support--Marc in particular.

I was having some mechanical trouble with my new Atom drum pad and Marc and the team went above and beyond to resolve my issue. One of the best experiences I have had with a customer support team.

I own a number of Presonus and Fender gear and its all held up exceptionally well. My P-bass is nearing it's 25th birthday and my first Presonus purchase--a DEQ624 just turned 20. My son inherited my old 44VSL when I upgraded. I got that when I switched from ProTools to StudioOne (V2) ten years ago.

Much gratitude to Presonus and Fender for many years of great gear.
