I've just set up my new monitors, one speaker is perfect, the other has a constant hum, a dull nuisance constantly running.

I've unplugged everything, tried multiple plug sockets (UK), no source other than power. Hums regardless of where it's plugged in.

I've tried opening a support ticket but I'm having an issue with the following message.

"Please activate your account before creating a Support Ticket."

I dont know what the next best course of action is? Any mods or PreSonus staff here that can advise?

That should allow you to submit a Support Request.
