Eris 4.5 mid range/sub constant wobbling

Hi guys I’ve come to use my monitors and I have this constant thudding/ wobbling coming from the sub section this happens with or without an input and there is no sound coming from the unit. I can’t find any technical info anywhere online and the only things I can find are general manuals I have attached a video of the issue any help would be appreciated.
