I would like to find a switch that can take INPUT from: HDMI ARC (TV) and 3.5mm (from AIO PC), with OUTPUT to RCA (Eris E3.5 Speakers), with a switch to choose the source I want to use.

Hi and welcome to this forum :)

The internet is your friend: Search for something like 'HDMI switch audio', find promising pictures and then dig deeper for specs/manuals. That's what I would do ;)

Maybe this plus this?

Thanks for the advice. I have already searched numerous variations of descriptive terms. I can't seem to find a switch that has inputs for HDMI ARC (from my TV) and 3.5mm (from my PC) with a switch to select which source I'm using. I need it to output to RCA (to send the audio to my Presonus Eris 3.5 monitor speakers.

The two devices I suggested will together give you what you're looking for. The first box extracts audio from HDMI to RCA outputs, the second box switches between RCA and 3.5mm jack sources.
