I have been struggling to assign pan and sends amounts to the global general encoders.
I noticed in instrument mode you can assigned the touch strip as panning for selected channel. But in the song or user editor you can’t assign pan, volume, nor send levels to selected channel. Only specific channels which is not very useful. I went through the manual, searched everywhere and nothing clear. It does state that for Ableton, the song editor has those parameters pre-assigned. Volume, pan, and 6 send levels. Why? What about in Studio One? I would love to add the input gain, pan, polarity, and sends for selected channel to the global encoders. Anyone knows how to do this?
