I have other Piano instruments than the Notion instruments. These are VST Instruments. But when I change the Piano, Notion not only changes to a single stave (treble cleff) but it also hides the left hand bass notes. Not only is this is irritating behaviour in Notion, but in Studio One, when I pass the midi through to Studio One, although it shows them on two staves, it doesn't show the same notes on the same stave and the values of many of the notes is changed. I want to stay in Notion to hear the intrument I want played the way I've set it up in Notion. But how?.

This is just a guess because I haven't tried it, but what do you see when you click on Score Setup and then click on the 'settings' wheel to the left of that instrument, then click on the Notation Tab (instead of Instrument). There you should see several options including Grand Staff. I'm guessing Show Standard Notation is checked instead.

My answer assumes Notion 6 Desktop.

Windows 11 Home, Notion 6, Studio One 6. Intel i9, 32 GB RAM
