Hi everybody;
A newbie here. Just purchased the Studio 24c Audio Interface, and the provided 1 meter -long USB-C to USB A cord just barely reaches from my workspace to my PC. I need a longer cable. I tried a USB-A extention but there was much signal loss. I purchased a longer USB C to USB A cable on Ebay that looked like it would do the trick, but it didn't (the power light on the 24c showed red, not blue. (PreSonous warned me that some USB C to USB cables were for phnones only, and they were right!). Looked on the usually dependable Thormann site but to no avail. Is there a solution to my problem? Hi and welcome to these forums
 Probably supply voltage loss rather than signal loss. Look for high quality heavy gauge cables to minimize power loss across the cable, maybe in combination with something like:  |

I also just purchased a 24c and ordered a 6ft cable off of amazon. Works perfectly, no loss blue led on the studio 24c. Here 's the link:
