I just hooked up a new Studio 68C, but the serial number displayed in Universal Control doesn't remotely resemble the serial number on the unit itself.
Also, UC shows my firmware as v2.22, and wants my to Update to v2.21? Anyone know what the correct latest firmware is? |

Hi and welcome to this forum
 UC and firmware are married. UC wants to install the firmware that goes with the drivers installed by that version of UC. So, install the latest version of UC available for your operating system (preferably after using the uninstaller to remove any traces of previously installed versions) and then let UC 'update' your interface. After that, if there's still a mismatch between sticker serial and reported serial you may want to contact PreSonus for advice. |
