Hello. I need some help. I am trying to create a support ticket in my.presonus webpage but I get a message that says "You need to activate your account before submitting a support ticket", but I already have activated my account, I also have registered my PreSonus audio interface but I still get the message. I checked my email and I clicked again in the email that contains the activation URL of when I first registered and when I needed to activate my account for the first time but I am still getting the same message.
Is there another way to contact PreSonus Support for this issue? |
