Hmm, It won't play as I get this:
"This track was not found. Maybe it has been removed — Learn more"
Maybe you pulled it back down for edits?
If you haven't already done so...

sorry about that. it was a private upload, and i forgot to get that specific link for it. i fixed it in the OP
though I have done some editing to the mix. helping even out the highs and the mids and stuff. i always thought it was too tinny/brittle/trebley but had a hard time figuring it out.
I like your song and production. It brought back some good memories for me.

thanks bud. might i ask what good memories?
i updated the op with a new link to what I believe to be my best mix so far, and hopefully totally done...i'm tired of revising this thing. i thought i was done a couple weeks ago but I had some revelations and breakthroughs elsewhere and wanted to apply them. maybe i should just stop learning lol
cwestmont wroteGood tune. I got some ELO and Harrison vibes, which is high praise in my book.
Thanks! I'm an ELO fan but I don't hear it in this tune so much...Maybe the production and arrangements.
As for Harrison, my buddy and I were super into All Things Must Pass when we recorded the first part of this song, so that opening guitar bit is straight out of a Harrison textbook. The production was supposed to be similar to Spector, but what are ya gonna do
Cool and interesting song.
Lots of stuff going on in the background but it all seems to work.
I think you dd a good job mixing so many different instruments and sounds together and have it not sound overcrowded.
