Hi,
Is there a way to start editing in step time from other than the first beat? let's say I already have a note on the first beat and i want to start editing from the second beat so I don't overwrite the first one. how do i do it? the arrows take me to the beginning of the next bar and not in the bar. Thanks, Ron. |

Hello !
In my case it is possible (if I understand your question well). If you have already a first note in a measure, just left-click next to the first note (in step-entry mode) and the cursor will be right next to the note (see picture attached). I hope it helps ! - Matthieu Dulong

I meant to ask if there's a way to do it without the mouse. I got used to input notes only with the keyboard on sibelius. Thanks anyway! |
