Stagebox Mode: Acces NOT Availble. ? So how do I change that ??

Turn off stagebox mode in UC settings, or on the console if you have one. In the stagebox settings page (network tab I think), the setting should be standalone

Thank you. I got it. But now I have another thing if you ca n help me. When I use my 32r for Stage Box, and connect to my StudioLive 32. I cannot use Fader and mute. here. I meen if I use 32r like stage box, it must be the same way, if I have some analog Mixer. ??

Did you start another thread on this issue? Check that, because I believe I just responded to that one. Need more info.
