I've looked at the provided rules for GPO 4, and I think they could be adapted and expanded to work with GPO 5. Of course, the GPO 5 instruments would have to be loaded as VST plugins, as opposed to the more integrated approach that Notion provides for GPO 4. Despite that, would a GPO 5 rule set be sufficient to getting the most out of GPO 5 (to the same extent as GPO 4), or is there more magic going on behind the scenes? For example, does Notion remap any messages to suit GPO 4 in a manner that isn't visible in the rules?

I know Notion doesn't provide aftertouch (pressure) which GPO can use, but this hasn't changed between GPOs 4 and 5.

I hope PreSonus will upgrade Notion to properly support GPO5.
