Right now I'm recording some piano for a song I need to register at the author's society.

I clearly play chords in dotted 8ths followed by 8ths (think about tom jones "is not unusual") and notion registers them as 4ths...so clearly notion is not quantizing and displaying things wrong.

It would be extremely useful and a breakthrough (first time in a notation software) if you could flip staffs and display a piano roll when you wanna put the notes in the right places so the notation engine can translate them correctly.

Problem is that "Quantize to notation" doesn't solve my problem....adjust/translate notation to piano roll grid (after you quantized the events in a piano roll) would be the answer. Or just simply quantizing to piano roll grid and the notation engine should adjust itself.
