I use Command + left mouse click for the split tool, I'm using a Mac with Magic Mouse, If my finger slips the least bit it surprises me with setting the global track height to over view, I have no desire to ever use the overview unbelievably minuscule track height.
Is there a way to disable the Command + scroll function? It is very disruptive to my work flow. This has only been happening to me since Version 5 came out so I'm guessing it's a feature that got added in v5. |
I don't think so, not that I've seen. We have no mouse commands, can't control what they do.
There's a button at the bottom of track view that will change all the tracks to several sizes. You could assign one of those size zoom commands to a key command so you could put it back real quick.

It’s odd that the first 5 years that I used Studio One that it never happened once and in the last year it happens frequently. This is something that only affects Magic Mouse users since with a separate scroll wheel it won’t happen. I’m aware of the workaround and already have a short cut for changing the size but this is something that pre-Sonus should address. Magic mouse is the standard mouse for Macs, this is very easily triggered unintentionally, and it is a specialized function that only certain types of users will access frequently.
