Hi, I'm running windows 10, my brand new Studio 1810 USB is powered on and plugged in with the USB cable provided. Universal Control 3.3.0.59348 doesn't see it. Is there a previous version of UC that plays nicely with the 1810 USB?
is there a driver i need? I know this unit is discontinued... any ideas? thanks, Robbie |

resolved...
in the installation for universal controller there are tiny checkboxes beside all the possible units, i must have unchecked Studio USB... so now i've uninstalled and reinstalled, unchecking everything else but making sure Studio USB is checked - and it works fine. |
