StudioLive RM32Ai and RM16Ai Mixers & UC Surface with QMix Ai

So doing a bit of research on my next pair of Small Condenser Mic’s, wanting additional sensitivity for transients, seeing certain condenser mics require varying amounts of volts and Milli-amps (mA). Seems Earthworks mic sets (looking into getting the QTC30), they require full 10mA, where other Condenser brands require much much less mA. See link:
https://www.sounddevices.com/phantom-powering-basics/

With the QTC30’s needing the higher phantom power voltage (48) and the full 10mA draw as well, inquiring if the RM32AI has the needed requirements from the preamp (listed as: Phantom Power (±2 VDC) 48 VDC, switchable per channel https://www.presonus.com/products/Studi ... tech-specs) to still have no noise when turning up the gain when tracking quiet instruments, mics placed a bit of distance away?
If needing 48 volts, and the chance of -2 happening sounds like a possible issue.

Thinking out-loud, even where the recording interface has Phantom Power at the click of a button, where the Earthworks mics require 48v and 10mA, if hearing added noise when turning up the gain for tracking a quiet instrument, maybe using a dedicated Phantom Power Supply box, to have all the Volts and Current Draw that's needed by the Earthworks mics, from an outside source, not forcing the interface to work harder?

To save face and be sure of an always clean signal, think an outside Phantom Power box for full 48V and 10mA is best? Or does anyone have updated documentation showing an always push of 48 volts and 10mA push for the 10mA draw on any input preamp when using the Earthworks mics.

Not hearing any info on this, I had put in a ticket with PreSonus on this inquiry as well. They let me know that the small inexpensive mixers as well as the bus powered interfaces would have more of an issue pushing the full 48v phantom power and/or issue sending the needed 10mA current draw on the Earthwork mics, but told the 48v on the RM32AI is able to provide the 10mA of power per pre-amp. Phew, 1 less headache.
