Good Morning,
I have bought Audiobox 96 usb and trying to connect with my Windows 7 laptop.
This is what I did,
1) Registered my Audio box 96 usb in my.presonus.com and downloaded universal control
2) I installed Universal control
3) After installing Universal control I plugged in my Audiobox
4) My laptop makes beep sound to confirm plugging in USB port

But Universal control doesn’t recognize my audio box and showed nothing in it. But Audio box is working fine, I plugged in my keyboard at front and hooked in head phone at back of Audiobox while it is powered by laptop. To my surprise it is working

But still Universal control not recognizing my audiobox 96 usb so do my laptop. It seems I am missing something.

My device manager recognize my audiobox but, yellow symbol along with it

Please help me to resolve it.
