Is it possible to add a note to the piano roll/pattern editor with a qwery keyboard?

Anywways, to answer your question:
Nope, there is (currently) no such command available in the Keyboard Shortcuts Window. :cry:
Maybe you can make a FR for it.

I am using a created Macro in Keyboard Maestro (mac) that let's me hit a shortcut and then Keyboard Maestro sends a double left mouseclick to S1.
With S1 MIDI Editor opened and Arrow Tool choosen, this wil create a MIDI Note at mouse position.
Very convienent workflow !

Enabling step recording does that , unless I am misunderstanding the question
