I just wanted to know if we have RMS normalization in studio one 4.5 and where to find it.
I'm aware that we can normalize in studio one but i think it is peak normalization.

Not that I am aware of. Peak normalization is non-destructive, while RMS has the ability to be very destructive. You can't get back what you squash out of it.

RMS normalization would just be a brickwall limiter. If this is something you want why not just insert the Presonus Limiter (or 3rd party if you own one) and use that. If you really want the change to be permanent you can render the track but (IMO) I would see no benefit in doing that.

Studio One deals with this on the project page. As the ‘one before last’ step you can analyze the levels per song, which gives you the information you need to either go back to a song to adjust the dynamics or to deal with it in mastering.

Until then the absolute levels of songs are not that important as you can always change them before distribution.
