Hey there,
the moment i try to drag and drop a sample into impact from splice, the plugin window disappears, even when i pin the plugin window. how to make it stay as i drag a sample from splice? |

Hi there,
Are you on Windows or OSX ? I am on OSX. (10.14.6 beta1). This is my experience: - As soon as i click a Sample in Splice, the Impact plugin window disappears, indeed. - I then drag that clicked sample onto the Impact Track area in the S1 Song. Outcome: the Impact plugin window becomes visible again so i can drop the sample onto one of its pads. Sidenote: This behaviour is true for me, no matter if the Impact window is pinned or not pinned. This behaviour isn't your case ? |

Ok, i see...
I am not sure if this issue is S1 "to blame for" or it is more of an OSX thing. |

Dual monitors? If so test on a single monitor (turn other monitors off).
Intel i9 9900K (Gigabyte Z390 DESIGNARE motherboard), 32GB RAM, EVGA Geforce 1070 (Nvidia drivers).
Dell Inspiron 7591 (2 in 1) 16Gb. Studio One Pro 6.x, Windows 11 Pro 64 bit, also running it on Mac OS Catalina via dual boot (experimental). Presonus Quantum 2626, Presonus Studio 26c, Focusrite Saffire Pro 40, Faderport Classic (1.45), Atom SQ, Atom Pad, Maschine Studio, Octapad SPD-30, Roland A300, a number of hardware synths. |

Nope, no dual monitors in my case, just one.

i have the same problem on osx with splice and impact or sample one. Its very annoying. Kills my work flow.

Yes... this is highly annoying and it is a ST1 problem!
I'm sitting here trying to drag some samples in Impact XT from a folder on my desktop and Impact keeps jumping behind the arrangement window when I reach for a sample. This should be fixed ASAP ... in these times of SPLICE! |

This is a bug that needs to be fixed ASAP! It is not only when using splice. It is a problem every time you reach outside ST1 for sound files or if your watch something on YouTube regarding a plug-in ... your plug-in disappears behind ST1 :-/

https://answers.presonus.com/73140/stop ... oses-focus BTW: Work around on MacOS: Grab your samples, while holding the mouse down, use CMD + TAB to make a list of open apps appear, while still holding down the CMD key use TAB to choose Studio One from the list (if it is not chosen already), release the CMD and TAB keys, and BOOM plugin windows reappear. Drop your samples in.
