Yes, assuming that both mixers are on the same firmware version. The project/scene structure is the same for all series III mixers, perhaps with exception of the 16R and the 64S.

You may even get away with firmware differences as long as the changes don't involve the project/scene structure (duh). The release notes are a good place to look for such changes. Always make local backups so you don't lose what you might regret later
