The left main output all of a sudden started sounding like bacon frying. I have patched around it, tried the 1/4” main outs, swapped sides & have determined that it is internal to the console. Any thoughts??

This looks like the need of a repair. Open a ticket and ask support. Hopefully the repair is still worth the money. How long did you use your console?
