SHIFT F3 no longer works to open MIx view

The Shift,F3 function on my Faderport 16 no longer works.
The other Shift F functions are working fine.
F3 on my computer keyboard will open the mixer.
Nothing from the Fadreport.
Studio One 4 Pro, Studio 192 interface ,DP88 , Presonus Sceptre 8s, Temblor T10.

What OS are you on? In fact it is one of the most important bits of info that we need. What is the exact version of Studio One V3 you are running as well. Studio One needs to be on 3.5.3 for Faderport 16 to work properly.

Shift F3 works for me with Faderport 8 on Mac and Windows. (I am on Studio One V4 though)

What firmware is your Faderport at? Faderport 8 (and I guess 16 is the same) is at 3.08. Open Universal Control and check the firmware there. If its lower than 3.08 you need to download latest version of UC and update.

I'm running on Windows 10, 64 bit
Universal Control version 2.10.1.5083. Says" version is up to date"
Studio One 4.1.3.50787

It worked fine initially, It has stopped working.
Studio One 4 Pro, Studio 192 interface ,DP88 , Presonus Sceptre 8s, Temblor T10.

My UC also says it's Universal Control version 2.10.1.5083
On my Windows 10 64 bit PC it is.
Getting mighty confused by being told it's to be :

What's going on here ? Just downloaded the latest from Presonus and no change to 3.08 when trying to update ?

Just a quick FYI even though this is old and the OP probably isn't watching: I had issues with my 2018 where all of the sudden an F key didn't behave correctly and discovered that for some reason the key just went "poof" ... the solution was simply setting it up again. YMMV.

After discovering how to assign F keys, I was able to clear the assignment , reassign F3 to the console and it's working again
