Hi,
I have just purchased Studio One 2 Pro but when I activate anything using my account details I get a failure message.

I have managed to Activate Studio One Pro by using the office activation method but can not activate anything else.

I was going to uninstall and try again but I am unsure if when i uninstall it removes everything as I tried but it did not ask me to activate Studio One Pro the second time.

Is there a way to remove everything so I can do a clean install?

I am on the latest Mac 2014

The latest Mac O/S is Yosemite and it's not "qualified" yet.

Thanks for the link,

I have managed to do a clean install and Studio One is running fine.
The issue I now have is that the2 add ons it wants to activate say product not found when i attempt to activate them :(

I don't think Yosemite is the issue i'm afraid, still looking for a solution.
