Hi,
I purchased an AudioBox USB 96 and have successfully attached it to my Surface Pro 4 (Win 10). I get sound and everything. Unfortunately the Universal Control driver caves my usb MS keyboard and my usb Logitech unifying mouse. In device manager, both USB devices show an issue. When I uninstall Universal driver and reboot the PC, the USB devices go back to working. Done this a couple of times so I can confidently say it is a driver conflict issue but I don't know why. In the old days there were IRQ settings that I could fiddle with but USB made that all go away. Any ideas? Somebody else posted this same issue in 2016 but there are no replies so I am hoping for better luck. |
