Hi,

I'm trying to rid my interface and I was asked to give the model #.
Where can I locate it?

FSPROJECT

Did you check on the bottom of the unit?

thank you for the reply.

FSProject, that's exactly what I told the person...but apparently, according to them, the model # is a number that's not a serial.

I checked the bottom too but, I thought that was the serial #.

Should I give the serial number to the person?

No, I wouldn't give out the serial number. Is your FSP listed in your registered account ?
