I just bought a stuido 192 mobile (10-12-18) and UC said I need to update firmware. Ok, I tried to update and the updater said it can’t communicate with the 192. So I just clicked ok and now the 192 isn’t working properly.
This is a brand new unit. I was checking the forum and others are having the same problem. What’s up with this?
Is there a solution on this. I need this to work. $$$
I’m dead in the water. I sold another interface to upgrade to the 192 mobile.

Open a service ticket with PreSonus, that is the best step.

Thanks skip, did that and also worked on my signature.
This was very unexpected.
Hopefully they’ll have a fix soon.

It is being a month and they haven't find a solution. It takes time, is best to have a backup unit.
