I figure I have to be a little patient with MIDI improvements. The MPE spec was only ratified Jan 2018. It's clear from the recent announcements, both from V4 and the Atom that Presonus is investing in this area.
Yes, the drum editor isn't perfect, but it's pretty good, and a dramatic step up from what was before. I no longer leave S1 to do drum tracks. I do wonder if Presonus's "it may look like MIDI, but it's not..." decision for instrument tracks is causing some heartburn for them now. |

Speaking of which, any chance someone with mod access in the FR forum can lock and hide the completed ones. I understand the "celebrate the successes" argument for keeping them in the answers database with "Completed in 4.x" in the title, but I think it would help tidy things up if completed requests were closed and hidden from view entirely.

Somebody bumped a polyphonic aftertouch thread, that's still not here yet (boo hiss!) but I do dig these enhancements. I also still think there is still something dodgy going on with the plugin scanner, devs should double check the code, QA need to test it to oblivion..imho.

Waves plugins. Now, the newer purchases were showing up before the update, now they are not. Sigh.

Sometimes I have to point to the waves plugin folders and rescan, and then remove all the file paths and rescan. Restarting and clearing blacklists inbetween. Anyway there are loads of threads covering this.

After I made the upgrade to version 4.1.0.40427 it did not run, presenting the white screen problem. After viewing the information in this forum, I removed the security module from the bank program, so Studio One 4.1.0.40427 worked normally. But now I can not use the bank program. I tried to reinstall the security module of the bank but it returns the problem in Studio One. How to do to run the two programs? Thank You |

Make sure Windows update is up to date. Make sure no application is running as admin. You may want to try uninstalling and reinstalling both applications. Otherwise create a new thread after you've done this.

There's the ability to hide them. At least if you're the original poster. I'm assuming mods have the same access. What I've been doing is 1) lock + 2) hide for my own completed requests.

snb1 wroteI think I kind of like seeing the completed requests. I understand that, but I'd argue they're actually making it harder to see what the top requests are and add clutter. I like the idea of creating a "Implemented Feature Requests" area that those could get moved into, but shy of that, I think hiding them is the best way to clean things up.
