I loaded 4 tracks into project, nothing unusual, just WAV files, yesterday I had the issue where track 1 had no sound output, I reloaded then found track 3 had no sound, I tried again today and now tracks 1 and 4 have no sound?

Whaaaat is happening?

Start by checking where the tracks are assigned to. And if it is the MAIN outs, check that the MAIN outs are feeding your interface properly. Open your IN/OUT settings and have a look there as well.
On the Mac it is sometimes possible for Studio One to be assigned to the internal audio and stay there. Even when your interface is connected. I have noticed this a few times. Check that your computer and Studio One is feeding your interface and not your internal sound which you may have turned down.

That can happen so easily. In fact happened to me yesterday. One of my tracks was silent and I could not figure it out either. I use Faderport 8 and did not notice one of the faders being down on this track either. (less obvious when there are 8 faders) At least you know this can happen, and when you select a track from now on you can check Faderport to see where its at.
