Hi folks,a real newbie here and I wonder if you can help?

I have an AudioBox iTwo and run Studio One Artist 3.5. I have seen a really interesting video on YouTube featuring some work my Deadmau5 where he is developing a chord sequence which by deft button pressings turns into a 'popping' tune with gorgeous bouncy notes. This piece is produced in Ableton Live (sorry :( ) but I wondered how it can be done in Studio One Artist? The transition takes place at 02:05 in the following video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MlZE03UPIw4&index=1&list=RDMlZE03UPIw4 however, a second transition at around 02:30 really brings this to life. The second stage I can work out, it is that first change from chord to multiple notes that I need to find out about.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

OK, no takers but I am delighted to say that I have found out how it is done (using an arpeggiator - I did say that I was a newbie!) and have formulated a workaround for the lack of an arpeggiator in the Artist version of both edition 3.5 and 4.0 so I'm on my way.

Regards,
Steve
