There's certainly plenty of punch to this one yet you still manage to lift the vocal and melodies above the background without it getting too mushed up in the compressor .. very nice work.
As for the piece itself, I found myself 'hoping' for some sort of break from about 2/3 of the way through onwards in order to break it up a little. (There is a little break at about 1.18 but it is very small). Of course, just an opinion though Thanks for sharing.

Your voice is nice but the tone is overtly melancholy/dissident/sad. This may be because you were taught to end vocals off the root, etc.. Personally I don't mind this when seldom used but it seems dominant on all your SoundCloud stuff. It would be nice to hear something cheery/upbeat? I also agree with jpsbuk, that a break in the middle would be nice. However that's what has become 'expected' in most music. Breaking "the rules" is sometimes a welcome change. Take a song like "Bitter Sweet Symphony"... it breaks out of the mold and was a huge success.
