I'm working on a piece where I transposed all the notes in a treble clef down into ledger line territory.

How do I change that staff to bass clef?

The Staff Settings window doesn't have any clef settings.

I tried using the bass clef tool and clicking on the treble clef sign, but for whatever reason that doesn't do anything.

Thanks!

If you want to change the staff from the beginning, then select the Bass Clef tool from the Tool Palette and then click the mouse cursor in the first measure on the first beat (very important) . . .

If you want to change the clef later in the piece, then select the desired clef and click at the measure location and beat within the measure where you want to make the clef change . . .

Instead of clicking the clef, click in the desired measure at the beat where you want to make the clef change . . .

Lots of FUN! :)
