Im unable to use my left click to select events or drag and drop, left click works on menus fine. Right click also still works fine. Is some kind of button I'm unaware of turned on something?

I'm surprised you didn't get a reply in four days, as the answer is probably quite simple. Studio One, from version 3 onwards, has something called the Multi-Tool. It combines the jobs of the Arrow Tool and Selection Tool and takes a little while to get used to.
This is what it looks like (the section highlighted in blue): And here's how to use it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HGnwLJtg2EY

Hi
I posted this elsewhere but got no responses so I'm hoping I'll try again. I opened up Studio One 3 to start working on a song and I find that something has happened to the Arrow Tool. I found a vid from Obedia on the new Multi Tool feature and watched it and it doesn't solve the problem. When I move the mouse onto a track I like to be able to pinch using my fingers on the mouse pad to expand and contract a track. This was working just the other day no problem. However, now when I try to expand and contract a track nothing happens. If I have the cursor in the lower half of the track the usual arrow tool is there but if I move the cursor into the top half of the track it changes to crosshairs. I tried to see if the Multi Tool feature is working and it isn't. No matter which secondary tool I select I still get the crosshairs. Anyone got any ideas on what's happening here. The multi tool seems very useful and I want to use it. I'd also like to be able to expand a track by just using my fingers on the trackpad. Thanks in advance for any help. Mick |
