I'm working on macOS 10.13.6, cubase pro 10 and I bought a second hand fader port. I configured the faderport in HUI mode but the fader doesn't work. naturally I connected the 9VDC adaptator. I saw that there is native configuration in cubase but fader port doesn't appear in the setup midi devices (but appear into midi devices menu) I uploaded the last driver (v3.1.0.53214). then I launch the firmware updater and followed the instructions but the app return the message "fader control unit can't be found". has someone got an idea please?
