When both plugged in my Faderport and M-Audio Oxygen won't work together.

By themselves they work fine. Would this be because my M-audio have some control options located on it?

I installed the 64 bit version of firmware for Logic 9. Im currently in Mountain Lion OSX.

Anybody have this issue?
