Faderport "not connected" suddenly to Studio One Producer

Anyone know why studio one suddenly won't recognize or connect to my faderport? I was working fine last night, and ever since I bought it, but suddenly I can't seem to re-connect it. I've done updates, checked cables, and re-started my 2011 iMac.
PreSonus StudioOne V4 Pro, Faderport, JBL LSR305 monitors, EZ Drummer, M-Audio Axiom 25.[color=#4000FF][/color]

I had the same problem. And i never got a response from PreSonus. So I just returned it, and I am currently using my iPad as a controller with the Studio One Remote app...works fine.
