Motorized fader not working at all

New faderport install on MBP running El Capitan. Have tried firmware v1.3.3, 1.3.5 and 1.3.8 and each time installer indicated that firmware update was successful. Wall wart is plugged in and functional (tested with multi-meter). All other FP functions working in Studio 1 v2 and Logic Pro X. FP Fader can control DAW track volume but does not respond to DAW fader changes. No movement whatsoever. Not sure what to try next other than taking it back to the store from whence it came.

I would appreciate any insight or suggestions. Many thanks in advance!

Unit determined to be defective by Presonus Tech. Returned to place of purchase and replacement unit functions properly.

Hi, I'm having problems with my faderport too. My motorized fader stop working.... I'm using firmware v1.3.8 and Studio One V3. Any sugestions?

Power supply is needed for the motorized fader. Outside of that, it seemed as though a support ticket worked out for the other user so you may want to try that.
