Hey everyone...

After 3.5 years, my Temblor T10 suddenly up and died today. I powered the unit on and after a couple of minutes there was a short 'whine' sound. After that it died and will not power back on. I can't describe the sound exactly, because I was in another room when it happened. I checked the fuse and it's OK. It's well out of warrantee, but I would still like to send it back to Presonus for repair. Can anyone tell me what the average cost would be to fix? I see that I can get another on e-bay for around $280.

In case anyone wants to know, here is a partial response I received after contacting support.

"You can avail of our repair service which is a flat rate fee, it includes all parts, labor, return shipping to you, and one year repair warranty from service date. The cost of this is $125 and does not include the shipping of the unit to Baton Rouge."

I had the same issue after two days of moderate use. This is totally unacceptable!
