Temblor T10 and Temblor T8

I bought a Temblor T10 a few weeks ago and from the moment I turned it on I noticed the power transformer emits a loud hum. As an electrician by trade I am familiar with the noise but it shouldn't be this loud. To be specific, it is not noise going through the amplifier and out through the speaker but an actual transformer hum.

Unplug all audio to it and move the sub to a diff room a see if you have the same issue. Is it a 60 cycle hum?
Check the grounding in the room as well |
