Never Again! Customer Lost!

After replacing a "NEW" Temblor T10 this afternoon that crackled and farted out of the box. I sat down and noticed the 2 "NEW" Sceptre S8's I have sound like 2 completely different speakers!! One speaker is very shrill & extremely overbearing in the mid range. The other is very balanced & pleasant to listen too. Both are set exactly the same. I cannot tell you how pissed off I am right now. After all the research and forum hunting, I thought I was making a great decision by giving my Mackie HR824Mk1's a little rest after nearly 20 years. I couldn't have been more wrong!! After running into 2 major QC issues out of the original 3 units I received I've had it. Unless I can get a full refund for financing & shipping cost back to the store I bought them from I'll never buy another PreSonus product again in my life!!
