What would cause the PreSonus Eris E5 XT Active Studio Monitors to lose the high frequencies on occasion? It typically happens when I crank the volume? My setup includes the following:

U-Phoria UMC 1820 Interface
PreSonus Eris E5 XT Active Studio Monitors
