I used the ERIS E8 XT pair to play with a xone 92 mixer and CDJS using the XLR input available from each monitor.

Turns out I didn't notice it on the day, but the next day when I went to turn it on again the sound was "muffled" and looking at them I noticed that one of the tweeters was bent inwards. The box has not been dropped and has never been opened.

I bought it about 1 month ago, I would like to know if I can open it without losing the warranty?

I'm in Brazil trying to support/warranty with Presonus but my boxes were not purchased here in Brazil.
