Any suggestions on how to lower the static noise of an E5 XT monitor when playing computer audio on it?

Hello,

Sorry it's taken forever to attach a sample of the noise.
I've got three samples:
1) Eris E5 connected via TRS to a Scarlett 2i2 (which is connected to my HP laptop)
2) speaker disconnected from anything
3) speaker turned off

Did you ever get a response after the samples this seems to be common with the Eris xt series regardless of size the static, pops and hiss are there even without being called to a source so it’s not cables running through line conditioner still hear it frustrating
