I have put in a ticket as well, but hoped someone might know what to do!
My set worked fine for a short while but now anytime I turn on power there's a loud, fast "thump" from the monitors; I have disconnected and re-connected all cords to no avail. Any help appreciated! |

I've put in a ticket order myself. Same problem. I can unhook everything but the power cable from my Presonus E4.5 and the sound is still there. Volume knob doesn't affect it either.

What was the resolution on this? Because my 4.5 just started the fast thumping sound as well.
