Hi,
Not having a front facing power button is no good for my setup. Not having a power saving mode would have been nice but doesn't exist.

1) Will it hurt to use an external power switch to turn on/off the speakers?
2) Will the soft startup function I've read about still work this way?

I saw one thread where a user said no, but I'd like an answer from Presonus. When I create the ticket, they asked me for my operating system and other stuff before they would answer, which is ridiculous, there's not need for that info to answer.

Can anyone help? Thank you

It won't harm anything, but I do not work for Presonus. Support ticket is the method for an official answer.
