Hi,

I am thinking about buying Eris 8 speakers, but I am turned off a little bit by the fact, that some people report problems with fuse blowing after one year or immediately after buying them.

I am actually without any active studio monitors because my old ones finally gave up and I need something to rely on that will work for at least two years without any headaches. I don't think that's asking too much for that price...

My first impression after plugging them in:
"Holy poop, they sound so good. I can hear so many things I couldn't before..."

I hope the fuse/psu thingy won't appear.
