StudioLive 2442, 1642 and 1602 with Universal Control Ai, SL Remote & QMix

1) Universal Control will not see the mixer. I've uninstalled both software and drivers, re-installed countless times but still nothing (Win 10)
2) The mixer can be seen in Studio One, I have actually recorded a couple of tracks and I can see them playing. I can output to my soundcard but I can't hear the tracks playing on my mixer. Any help appreciated. Dave |

I have the same problem as you wrote at the beginning, although in the app description they gave us info that StudioLive 16.0.2 USB is supported device. I can connect via version 3.6.4 but then my iPad UC Surface did not see mixer.

They say that the output will go to 1/2 but there is nothing coming out. It doesnt matter if i redo drivers or the one you mention. control or whatever. i am amazed that i could not find some videos on how touse this, someone is missing a niche market cuz i would have paid 100 bucks for the info after all the time i have wasted trying to get this thing to record. additionally, maybe im dum but the routing is not explained enough
