I recent sold my studiolive. I tested it a month before and it worked ok though the occasional issue would arise. Well I sold it and the guy the same day tells me that the screen went blue and it's doing nothing. It's a potentiality he swapped out something?. Anyways is this a complete failure?

If you haven't given the mixer to the buyer personally and demonstrated the working condition of the mixer, I'm afraid that there is a big problem now. There is nothing the new owner can do to make the mixer work again, and you also not. There will be no repair for it anyway.

Would the blue screen and the smell of cooked electronics after some workmen connected their welder to my breaker box without my knowledge, be more indicative of a power supply board, or DSP? BTW the main fuse is fine. I have a power supply, and wondered if I should get the DSP board also for my 16.0.2 USB. Thanks in advance. |
For the 16.0.2 USB you get support and repairs, so create a support ticket. The repair will be done in an Authorized Service Center.
